Special Rules for the Playoffs

In the event that both teams are tied at the end of regulation, the following overtime format will be used:

1) A coin-toss will determine who gets the ball first.  The team that wins the coin-toss

can choose to take the ball or play defense first.  The team that loses the coin-toss will decide what goal will be defended. 

The same goal will be used for both teams throughout the overtime period(s).

2)  Both teams will get a set of offensive downs to score a touchdown or field goal starting from the opponent's 12-yard line.  The defense

can return an interception back for a touchdown for a scrimmage play or an extra-point attempt.

3)  If a team scores a touchdown, then they have their option of going for one or two on the

extra-point attempt.

4)  This process will continue until one team prevails.

Final Results
